The Document Messaging Technologies Division of Pitney Bowes, Inc. is seeking a Onsite Systems/Service Customer Service Representative to support large/complex pieces of inserter equipment and sophisticated software for a single customer location. These machines are 60% mechanical, 20% electronic, and 20% software driven. Responsibilities Include: Will maintain and repair Pitney Bowes Inserting and accessory equipment. Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance Trouble-shoot customer reported problems Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customer is contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines. Manage parts, tools and administrative duties. Work in a high performance team environment Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations Required to work shift schedule as needed and overtime.
