OPENLANE is looking for a Carrier Management Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all logistics of the transport inventory in a timely manner. Core Responsibilities: Communicate and negotiate with carriers to determine the most efficent approach of transport for moving vehicles Verify vehicle readiness for transport with the grounding location Proactively communicate and articulate logistical changes with internal groups to ensure all program needs are met Effectively manage data by maintaining a running report of larger client moves Key Working Relationships: Transport Companies Transport Management Other Dispatchers Qualifications include: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Polished approach in dealing with internal and external customers  Stellar organizational skills and time management ability Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Auction or transportation experience extremely helpful Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems that mutually benefit the customer and OPENLANE Ability to pay close attention to detail Ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone Ability to mulit-task OPENLANE is a dynamic, challenging, fun, profitable and growing company that has been in business since 1999.
