Summary:
Under immediate supervision, provides routine advice, guidance and assistance to potential high school students on matters related to the application of policies, procedures and documentation regarding the admissions process. Provides basic information on available programs and eligibility requirements; reviews applications and related documentation for compliance, provides assistance to high school students in completion of admissions applications. Responsible for enrolling a defined number of high school students who will complete courses offered by the Institution. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedures and legal requirements.
General Duties:
Take inquiry call from all potential high school students interested in knowing or receiving information about the programs, including entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards.
Return inquiry calls (leads) promptly to all potential high schools students and give accurate information about the programs including entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards.
Accurately classify all inquiries by the appropriate media source between high school presentations or other lead source and account for all inquiries.
Follow up on all prospective high school student inquiries that fail to schedule an interview or fail to show for an interview.
Comply with governmental regulations an standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students.
Utilize approved telephone presentation and interview procedure during the enrollment process.
Conduct student interviews, wherein any reference to Financial Aid complies with the stated CCi Company Policy.
Achieve a minimum number of starts during each quarter as determined and set by the Regional Director of HS Admissions and Regional Vice President of High School Admissions.
Enroll high school students who meet eligibility requirements as published in the college's catalogue.
Complete all required forms for enrollment, schedule the Financial Aid appointment, and follow up to ensure that financial aid packaging is complete.
Develop and implement plan for generating referrals from current students and every interview. The plan must result in an acceptable number of referrals.
Keep all required reports current and accurate.
Maintain a reasonable conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to interview, interview to application, and application to enrollment as determined by Regional Director of Admissions and Company directives.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Computer Drafting and Design Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction to students by ensuring student satisfaction through the classroom or laboratory setting according to the program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Teaches material from approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to include instructional aids.
Participates in school retention initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
Completes professional development and in-service activities in accordance with college standards.
Maintains expertise in subject area and recommends improvements in curriculum design.
Instructs students in laboratory safety procedures if applicable.
Performs duties in the Learning Resource Center as assigned.
When possible, participates in core course academic support programs, certification programs, and student professional associations.
