Job Description:

Monthly Continuity (35 monthly visits): Conduct 1 hour visits to 35 Retail Locations. Continuity visits focus on product training/demos, relationship building, display compliance and gathering competitor insight. Flexible scheduling options during any open store hours.


Special Geographic Circumstances: Ideal candidate should be located in Phoenix , AZ

Seasonal Assisted Selling (60-70 hours/month, may vary): In addition to continuity visit hours above, Rep must be available to support Assisted Selling (Demo) Day events in May/June/Dec on set weekends. ASD shifts will be approximately 60 hours per month, and will primarily focus on customer service, feature demonstration and assisted selling of cameras to customers. 

Candidate will be required to attend National Training Meeting in Atlanta GA (All Expenses Paid) April 5th through April 7th. (CCS pays all travel expenses including airfare, hotel, meals and 3 eight our days of training/travel time)



Report (via the internet) visit activity the day of the visit, according to an established set of questions

Receive materials at home for distribution/implementation into retail stores

Communicate effectively with store personnel, customers and CCS Field Management

Identify challenges, implement solutions, and escalate appropriate issues to CCS Field Management

Work independently with minimal supervision, while following established guidelines

Be available to work during the Monday through Friday work week for Training Visits and on Saturday and Sundays for Assisted Selling Days.

Follow established check-in procedures at the beginning of each visit

Collect information on competitive products

Complete product training via conference calls and on the internet

Respond to phone and email communication from CCS Management in a timely manner (within 24 hours or less)

Required Experience:




Ideal candidate should be responsible, able to work well independently with minimal supervision.

Great customer service skills.

Field marketing, training, retail sales experience preferred

Strong interest/experience in photography preferred

Have strong technical aptitudes relating to electronics (cameras/computers)

Availability to work weekends

Candidates must have internet/email access for reporting purposes
